At Moon Arts Printing Office, we take pride in providing high-quality customized printing services. Since most of our products are made to order, please read our refund and return terms carefully.
1. Customized Products
All items are printed based on the design, photo, or information provided by the customer.
Because these products are personalized, we cannot offer refunds or returns once the order has been printed, unless there is a printing error or product defect caused by us.
2. Eligible Refunds or Reprints
You may request a refund or reprint if:
The product is damaged upon delivery
The print quality or design differs significantly from what was approved
You receive the wrong product
Proof (such as photos) must be provided within 2 days of receiving the order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Customer-provided low-quality or incorrect photos/designs
Color variations due to screen display differences
Late pickup or change of mind after order confirmation
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before printing begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
5. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
