Moon Arts Printing Office offers custom printing services, including but not limited to photo mugs, t-shirts, business cards, banners, stickers, and other personalized products.

2. Orders and Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, images, and design files.

We will confirm your design before printing when possible. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

We are not responsible for printing errors caused by incorrect or low-resolution files provided by customers.

3. Payments

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and mobile payments.

Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

4. Production & Delivery

Standard production time is 1–3 business days, depending on the order size.

Delivery times may vary; delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control.

Customers must inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 2 days.

5. Refunds and Returns

Our refund policy applies to printing errors or defective products only. Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect information provided by the customer.
